"Great location for walking to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mustafa, Emre and the young lady helping at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is the loud music from one of the bar/restaurants across the road which went on until 2am on a couple of nights."

"This hotel goes out of their way to make you feel their hospitality. The moment you arrive they offer you Turkish tea or coffee and orient you to the city with a map and answer all your questions about where you are and how to get to the major sites. They even offer to help you book things if you need the help. The Turkish bath is reservable and you get it all to yourself. That heated marble slab is not to be missed! The breakfast is tasty and has all the Turkish flavors you will want to try and a few things (like scrambled eggs) to make you feel at home. Rooms are a nice size and the bed is comfy. If you like to be waited on hand and foot then this is the hotel for you!"

"Very nice hotel. Central location but do be aware of the hill up to the Blue Mosque etc. Wouldnt be great if you struggle to walk a lot. Nice restaurant over the road. The staff were so so helpful. Overall excellent. "

"The property is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe is excellent and its three blocks downhill from Sultanhamett square and the Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia. I have stayed at the Senatus twice now and will stay there again if and when I go back."

"Amazing stay in the heart of Istanbul. Walking distance from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Very good restaurants around. The staff of the hotel was very forthcoming, specially Fatemeh and Mustafa. but the amazing Murat the hairdresser knows his job very good. He made my mums hair very nice and she has a really difficult hairstyle. Big thank you to every staff member of the hotel (Spa also) for making our stay so memorable. See you very soon!"
