"The staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to help, accommodate, and ensure we felt comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the front desk team was outstanding. The airport transfer was smooth, but allow extra time due to traffic. Keep in mind that it’s an older area, so don’t expect modern finishes, instead, embrace it as part of the experience and enjoy. I would definitely return."

"The hotel was like being at home however the friendly people who worked there knew all the places you should go and even how much you should pay for a good buy. I was lucky that i stayed there twice during my travels and the second time was like coming home. I went to the grand bazaar and it wasnt worth if but on the way home i was lost whoch rarely happens.i called the hotel and was almost in tears. Tan asked where i was and told me where a taxi stand was and i was back there in 10 min....
