"The two guys we met in the reception area were really very kind and genuine. The rooms were clean however, the way beds have been organised for the family room needs to be dealt with. Other than that the staff people are the amazing."

"The hotel is very conveniently located, a short walk to most tourist sites, and with a tram stop a block away for easy access to places further away. The room was immaculately clean, very comfortable and quiet, with very nice beds, high quality linen, and a spotless bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the manager Aziz went out of his way with tourist tips. It was also priced attractively. "Aly Port Hotel was a perfect location for walking to Grand Bazaar, Taksim square, Galataport and alleyways. Check in was easy and we had a large room on 4th floor. Facilities were clean, however the door to balcony in our room would not open. That was not a problem as we were out for majority of time and just used window for fresh air. Whilst the mosque and main road were nearby we were not too bothered by noise. Overall it was a pleasant stay"

"Super clean, comfortable, great ac and walking distance to the major sites. The breakfasts are generous portions and very tasty. But what is so special about Bram are the owners, who make you feel like the Bram is your home away from home. Whatever you want to see or do, they will make the arrangements. Ali was an incredible host and so helpful. Lovely view from the terrace, which is a great place to sit and have a drink."

"The staff at the Erzurumlu, especially all the gentleman at the front desk and the owner, went above and beyond for us during our stay. They arranged taxi's, haircut/shave, a visit to the local Jandarma, recommended a beautiful beach, and even loaned- and then gifted - my husband tie (he forgot his for a wedding we were going to). The hotel has an excellent view, breakfast, air conditioning, and go beyond to ensure the guests are happy. Thank you to them for their amazing hospitality! "
