Best chicken kebab we’ve ever had Location of hotel is at the bottom of Sultanahmet, so walking to the tram and therefore all the sites are accessed up a quite steep hill But...

"This is actually a Best Western property. It did not seem like one, however. It seems like a wonderful independent, small boutique hotel. The neighborhood is very safe with plenty of eating and shopping options. It is very walkable to all the major sights in historic Istanbul. Highly recommended for the price. "

"Hotel was clean. Close to tourist areas. Tv remotes did not work and claimed there were elevators but none to be had. Also somewhat difficult to find. Streets very narrow for cars to access. They need to get one remote not use two to be able to use the tv. "
