"Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv. "

"We had a wonderful two days here using it as a base for sightseeing in Stratford and Warwick. We stayed in the Victorian Garden Suite which is worth the extra cost with fabulous views of the gardens and grounds. Service was first class. We had breakfast and evening meals both days. Food was good, some of it outstanding. "

"Great hotel. We stayed in the Hamlet apartment as a young family, which worked great for the flexibility and allowed us to make the most of the hotel amenities. The apartment itself needed some TLC and maybe an upgrade e.g. shower fitting nearly coming off the wall, some door handles almost coming off and some very worn carpet. Breakfast and service was great, restaurant prices quite steep, and the spa was great with children swimming hours. Overall, we had a great time and allowed us a short...

"Lovely clean room very comfortable. Ate in the bar one evening, ik service but no table numbers so staff kept asking if we'd ordered.... or we were waiting on....... Staff at front desk very helpful and unformitive."

"The room was large and of a very good condition. Unfortunately the heating didn't work and it was freezing when I first entered the room. We were supplied with 2 electric heaters which was ok but not great. "
