"The free mini bar as marketed was never there unfortunately, when leaving we saw on the announcement board that they provide it upon request, however the reception didn’t say a word about it. In general the welcoming was very cold and unpleasant. The facility and rooms were nice!"

"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase. "Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments with a credit card or a third party service. Regardal were excellent again! Great communication and no issues with checking in or checking out. Thanks for allowing an early check-in! The hotel might be a little run down, but it's super clean, room and cleaning services are on top of their game! A small suggestion - please add an extra outlet to the room. It's a minor inconvenience for people with mobility issues. Special appreciation for the variety and quality of the breakfast menu and once again, all the workers at the breakfast buffet. Overall, my mom's stay was very pleasant and the entire experience deserves 6 stars. Thank you very much!"

Excellent location.

"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "
