"Wonderful place. Excellent value. The place itself is very comfortable. An easy to use electric radiator and air con systems. Tea, coffee, biscuits, comfortable bed. It’s a really great place. Near some clubs but they thoughtfully provide ear plugs. But I didn’t use them. That was on a Friday night. "

"My husband and I treated ourselves for a well deserved weekend away for our 39th wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The breakfasts were amazing and a special shout out to Amhid who served in the diningroom. He was very friendly and helpful. A gem to.have at your establishment. "

"Lovely hotel. I stay often for work. For some reason it wouldnt alloq me to book breakfast. I wasnt advised when i arrived if it was availbe or not. Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar. The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv. Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars. Very clean and friendly staff as always."

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"I read a lot of poor reviews of this place but was pleasantly surprised. The check in was easy, location ideal for central town, and the room was clean and tidy with everything I needed. Obly downside was my room had no radiators, but had one electric heater. The room was a tad cold but I didn't spend long in the room. Overall a good quick stay and no issues. "

"We opted to stay in Windsor, as opposed to downtown London on our last night in the UK. This property has an ideal location, right across from Windsor Castle. It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. Lots of dining options with multiple pubs. "
