"We loved this property! The setting is lovely and very close to Windsor. Self check in was very easy - our children particularly loved the animal feed and being able to pick their own eggs. The room was very well equipped with everything needed for a small family. The small kitchen had all the basics to make a simple dinner and breakfast. The garden at the side of the property was lovely for the children to run around in and to eat in the evening. We would definitely stay here again! "

"What a little gem of a place to stay. Chris the landlord kept us well informed from the moment we booked and was always quick to reply to any query. The apartment we had was situated on the ground floor with its own entry door. there was a lovely private garden for this apartment with a small bistro table and chairs. "We opted to stay in Windsor, as opposed to downtown London on our last night in the UK. This property has an ideal location, right across from Windsor Castle. It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. Lots of dining options with multiple pubs. "

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. "
