"Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "

"We opted to stay in Windsor, as opposed to downtown London on our last night in the UK. This property has an ideal location, right across from Windsor Castle. It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. "We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Lovely modern apartment with views of Windsor Castle. Parking for car was a 2 min walk away safe behind gated residence. Short walk into town with lots of restaurants. Short family stay was really relaxing. "

"Nice accommodation but a couple of issues need to be addressed. Communication was poor asked 3 times if late check out was available and didn’t get a response. In addition wrong entrance code was sent, we spent 20 minutes trying to get in."

"This is a spacious, clean and well situated apartment. The neighborhood and local shops and restaurants are wonderful. Easy walk to Windsor Castle but outside of the major tourist hustle. "

"Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. "

Cozy and quaint

"Friendly staff, spacious and immaculately clean rooms. Large bathroom with towel warmer, ample space to store clothes and personal items. Light, airy rooms with a beautiful view of Peaacod street. Comfortable beds, desk, sitting area, and a nook for snacks and tea. Loved it here and would happily return! Bear in mind, this is a self-service hotel with three floors and no elevator. That didn't affect me, but is important to know. "

Fantastic for families!

"Amazing hotel for families! So much detail into decorating, the rooms were themed fantastically - our little girl loves the treasure hunt within the room, excellent added touch! Staff were brilliant and very helpful! Food was over priced and breakfast was ridiculously busy with not enough staff to mange but that was the only thing letting the hotel down! "
