"The staff are all completely 'chill'... no attitude or curtness. They actually care if you have/had a good stay. They work hard and have a lot of patience, which means a lot. The rooms are always clean and nothing ever looks like it needed to be replaced or fixed. The place also appears to be a 'working man's' hotel, because there were a lot of contractors that stayed. Props to this because the people that run the hotel work as hard as the men and women who maintain our infrastructure. At any rate, this is the place to stay if you visit or work in the Vincennes area."

"Staff was rarely at reception desk. They had to be reminded to keep coffee in carafe. Toast, cereal and waffles was too limited. In three day stay only the third day did they supply a couple of doughnuts-soon gone."
