"Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "What a wonderful stay! The hosts were so welcoming, making you feel like a guest in their home. My room was lovely and clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. I visited at Christmastime, and there were even a couple of decorations in the room. Breakfast was fantastic. "Although the hotel is approximately 30mins by public transport out of the centre of Amsterdam, there are regular and frequent means to get to and from the centre . The hotel is in an unusual area . The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are spacious comfortable and clean . Comfortable beds and basic amenities cleaned regularly . Great value too ! I would recommend especially after a full day of exploring ! "

"Everything was great. The room, the location, and the easy access to renting the bikes. Only downfall was receiving only 1 roll of toilet paper for 1 week for 4 people. As well as the walk from the hotel to the train station was about 20 minutes of a walk and in the night there’s no lights besides your phone lights. "
