Hotel Pagi

2.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (377)
"We had a great stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is super central, making it easy to walk everywhere, which was a huge plus. The hotel was clean and well-maintained overall. Both the room and bathroom were small, but for a short trip, that wasn’t an issue - especially since we spent most of our time exploring the city. There was a slight stuffy smell in the room and bathroom. I’d rate cleanliness around 4/5, which is reasonable for the price. We...

"The hotel is situated on the edge of the Red light district which was great and metro is 1 min walk away which is great. Main attractions are close by and easy to get to, area is very safe. Hotel is very quirky with the cocktail bar downstairs as you enter and bedrooms on the next three floors, note stairs are steep as per website. Breakfast was first class and catered for gluten and lactose free. Our fridge in the room was restocked daily at no cost, that is a first for us. We had the room...

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam

5.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (1002)
"The hotel and its staff are excellent. The facilities could not be faulted. A focus area for improvement would be around dining options. One of party has a vegetarian and gluten-free diet. The menu options between the restaurants and room service are not joined up. There were options on the room service menu that you could not get on the restaurant menu so the choice was really limiting. Also, not all staff were aware of the gluten free options available so we got different messages on...
