"Very kind staff, particularly at the reception. Two of them are Portuguese speaking, by the way. My room was very clean. Patrons seemed to be mostly families and couples. Staff kindly upgraded my room and there are free snacks around 4/5pm (delicious pastries). "This is a gem of a hotel tucked away in an industrial estate but indoors it’s quiet, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfy and clean and there’s a relaxed vibe. It’s a 10K walk to and through Maximapark but well worth it - just annoying that the nearest bridge over the motorway doesn’t allow bikes or pedestrians so you spend less time in the park."
