"The location of the property is great close to everything. The building is a typical Dutch canal house complete with all it’s charms and quirks. The real difference is the host David who is a real pleasure and very kind. Also, unlike just about any other room I’ve stayed in, he makes a point to replenish anything in the room that has been used each day, from a coffee pod to waffles to fresh fruit. "What a surprise! The room is smaller than I expected, but so well designed. The bed was very, very comfortable. And the price was right. I appreciated the free drinking water. Wi-Fi is free however I was not able to connect and was very disappointed. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which surprised me, but it helped motivate me to get moving in the morning. I will definitely stay here again. "

It's a short 5–10 minute walk to the city centre, which we found perfectly manageable and well worth it for the peaceful surroundings.
