"This property has three types of accommodations - the hotel itself, cabins and a lodge which are all close to the main hotel. The main hotel does not offer king beds and if you want this type of room, you will be assigned to the lodge. This building was once used to house staff. That tells you all you need to know - bare bones, but decent. No staff are onsite at the lodge. It is primarily for sleeping. There are 4 chairs in a little sitting area right by the front door. "Hotel Colorado is a charming historic building. It is not, then, a modern hotel. For example, the heating is via an old school radiant heater that has a knob you rotate to turn on/off. The hotel was decorated with lovely holiday trimmings and there were a lot of pretty light displays in the courtyard. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good."

"Greatocation for access to all areas of Yellowstone. Room was spacious,.comfortable and the little fridge was handy. Coin operated laundry nearby too. Staff were friendly and helpful, had to wait to check-in due to being very busy, but all went smoothly."

"The Rockwell Inn is a wonderful place to stay, our 2nd time where (previously The Lexington). It’s so convenient, offers transportation to/from the airport and a continental breakfast buffet. Their customer service is top notch af the location is so convenient to Jackson Hoke square and the Elk Refuge. "
