"Self check in did not work properly. I had phone service the entire time and did not get the message until 4 hours after I checked in. However, I went to the property next door to the office and they got me checked in and from that point on everything was great. The room has everything we needed. The hot tub was great. Only two things that were a little blah were the wall unit heater was on the loud side and walls between units could use some sound proofing. "

"In the depth of a snowy winter, my cozy studio cabin with fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, microwave, and gas fireplace for ambiance was a perfect choice. Just a few miles from the Estes Park entrance to Rocky Mtn National Park (and Della Terra, a lovely wedding venue, in one direction and the historic Stanley hotel and downtown Estes Park in the other direction, it was a sanctuary while otherwise attending two days of wedding festivities. "I love the location of this hotel. It sits right behind Fall River. Nicky’s sits right next to the Wapiti Colorado Pub, which is very convenient. The hotel is fully automated, and self service, meaning there is no office staff, no check in-check out process. You receive a code to unlock your a room key box. "What an amazing place to stay for a family with kids. We got snowed in one day and our family wasn't bored for a second! We sledded, hiked, crafted, roller skated, played board games, played billiards and watched part of a football game - all for free with the exception of the $9 craft. The staff were just outstanding... so kind and attentive. If we didn't live on the other side of the country, we'd definitely be coming back. My kids loved it and the location was stunningly beautiful and so easy to access the national park."
