"This was our favourite hotel of our trip. The outside is fairly grand, although it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. There is a couple of convenience stores within a ten-minute walk, but not really any restaurants we could see. There are other grand hotels in the vicinity. "The property is amazing, i was upgraded to royal upon arrival. The room is very large with all aminities u want, (massage chair, jackuzi, sauna, steam, out door hot tub) they provide basic in room breakfast but was not bad. The only problem i had was that the property is far from city center and transportation was not that easy or the best, but i knew this before and was okay with the idea."

"It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel ."

"We stayed out of necessity... the whole of Kyoto was fully booked. This really is a 'love hotel' rooms can be booked by the hour and come with A LOT of 'extras'! The staff don't have a lot of English but they tried really hard. It's about fifteen minutes walk to the nearest train station but only 5 minutes into Kyoto main station once on the train. "
