"Great apartment style accomodation option within easy walking distance from Kyoto station. Loft C comfortably accommodated 3 people. Good quality appliances. Netflix can be accessed via the room TV. Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door. "

"I had never seen a hotel with all 10/10 reviews before, so we stayed there to see for ourselves. It's no lie, the place was wonderful. The staff really make it special - they are lovely, friendly, helpful, engaging. We stayed there for a long stretch, and it was our favorite hotel in Japan by far. We were a family of four and opted to book two rooms. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfasts and free drinks in the afternoon. We were able to do laundry in our rooms, too. We weren't sure...

"Had a good experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near many eateries and Umekoji stat, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were a few issues. The air conditioning unit has a broken outer part, and the shoji screens were torn. Additionally, the Netflix stopped working after a few days. On the positive sides, the cloth drying feature in the bathroom room was fantastic and very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant...

"The hotel is very small and in a semi-rural area of Kyoto. However there is a 7-eleven situated literally across the road from it, making it a little bit more convenient. The staff and service were excellent. The free amenities were excellent. The room had a washing machine, drying machine, stove, microwave and kettle. Everything you need for a trip. Overall 5 stars. "

"- The staffs are details and can communicate well, so you get the information you need to know. - the facilities are clean and functional (this is helpful) except for the wifi and air-con heater. - have problem to access the wifi after mid-night, worse off it was totally not available for connection on my last night. As I need to work on my laptop at night, this is an issue for me. - air-con heater in the main room have problem keep the warm even running for few hours. "

"Great location and size for price. The check in process can be confusing with the additional fee you have to pay after booking but as long as you book ahead you have plenty of time to email the company any questions to clarify everything. "

"This charming inn is an excellent accommodation for families. With two bedrooms, our family of five enjoyed a comfortable and spacious stay. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a second-floor bathroom, which meant we needed to descend to the ground floor each time we required restroom facilities. Despite this small drawback, the inn was otherwise exceptional and met all our needs perfectly."
