"Beautiful hotel with a great view; I would have given 5 stars, but housekeeping banged on every door in our area including ours at 9am (checkout was 11am) yelling housekeeping until you answered the door even with our Privacy Please on the door handle. Even after that, they (housekeeping) continued to make noise slamming doors around us and loudly talking right outside our door. The rest of the stay was wonderful, and we would love to stay again if we aren’t abruptly alarmed by housekeeping 2...

"It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels"
