We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were, not only about the casino itself, but also about the surrounding area and local dining options. "I gave the staff a 1 only because I was waiting for the elevator. When it arrived, a staff member was in it with a large bin of dirty laundry. She was on her phone. She saw I was waiting and she continued texting on her phone for at least 30 seconds not getting out of the elevator and blocking it from anyone getting in. Another staff member that was in the hall with me said something to her and she just made a nasty comment. I found that very rude. I wasn’t in a hurry but I also don’t appreciate rudeness. All the other staff so far have been awesome "

"Loved staying here!! All the staff was so nice and helpful. They had bikes to rent to take around the island as well. Only a 5 minute or so walk from the Main Street so it was really convenient. Will definitely be staying here again!"
