This was my second stay within a month at this property. The hotel rooms are outdated and have a stale odor. The rooms aren't cleaned properly. My trash was not emptied, my bed was not properly made, and the bathtub/shower wasn't cleaned. I had to move three times due to various issues with the rooms (HVAC, Plumbing). In the first room, the HVAC system didn't work so I was moved to another room which was a double instead of a king. The second room had plumbing issues and the phone didn't work. I was told they were sold out and couldn't move until the next day. I was not offered any concessions for my inconvenience. The next day I was moved to a third room which was better and was offered a breakfast coupon. I spoke with the manager but he was not eager to help and didn't seem too concerned about the situation. I would not recommend it or stay there again!

This location is in the middle of a business park, and can be difficult to find. (Google Maps and Apple Maps disagree on the location of the door for instance, and had us driving in parking garages for ages before we could find the correct entrance to the hotel). They do have an electric car charging station (the reason we chose this property) but it has to be activated by a security guard, who took more than 30 minutes to meet us at the station, which meant hanging around in the parking deck for them. The desk staff are downright rude, and when I was trying to tell them upon check-out that the shower was broken all she could do was interrupt me over and over. I finally just walked away from her mid-sentence. Find somewhere else to stay IMHO.

My room had stains on the floor my bathtub was cloggedb. Then he unclogged it and out it in my toilet for me ti see when i got back which was gross.. dresser was dirty its an older style room i did not have a good time
