"the room literally smelled bad after the air freshner dissipated same goes for the halls most of the time. the kitchen was dirty with leftovers from previous tenants. we ordered beds for four and received prepred for two. we asked for linens and towels and were told to wait for the next morning and only after my wife shouted at them did we receive additional pillows. "

"Coffee maker in room didn't work & had to change rooms once bc of stains on sheets. Breakfast is a yellow cupcake with chocolate chips, and coffee or tea. You get what you pay for.. and you still can't beat the price, even if that comes with a little inconvenience. The staff was courteous.. when issues came up they did what they could to resolve it quickly. I've stayed here before with no issues.. the rooms are for the most part clean. "

"Everything was as advertised except the poola nd hit tub, which were closed and there was no reference to the amenities not being available. If I had known that I wouldhave stayed elsewhere."
