"The top 3 for Whitehall Houston during my stay. 1) The staff is WONDERFUL!! Very professional, greeted me every time I entered the lobby area and valet station. If I called with a request it was given the attention required at that time, no delay. 2) The appearance in the lobby, loading area, and hotel restaurants had modern finishes that gave hints of upscale and comfort. 3) The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere; very quiet but inviting. "

"It was nice, but the AC was very loud. Housekeeping doesn’t come every day and when they do they don’t clean. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The bed frame was taped up to the bottom. The breakfast was good, the staff was not friendly."

"Room was quiet and a fair size. Staff was friendly throughout the stay. Coffee machine in the lobby and water station on the floor was a great convenience. Added breakfast to the stay and great food, including coffee and juice,was excellent. Two negative notes: Room air didn’t seem to work and was hot during the stay. The bathtub didn’t drain water properly and pooled. Both were tolerable during my stay,"
