"Liked the gym and restaurant facility, bar and snacks options. Nice spacious room. Clean bathroom. Did not like the 3 large bugs/cockroaches which appeared from nowhere… possibly when I turned heating on because I was cold when I arrived."

"Excellent location and great place to stay with golf courses and tennis courts. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Some kids were loud in the hallway late at night. The restaurant wasn’t open Monday morning. It would be nice to be able to book tennis courts before noon. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again. "

"Everything seems to have been just redone (painting on the walls, floor, and new AC units), efforts to make stay agreeable such as free water bottles and chips. Continental breakfast managed to have scrambled eggs and tater tots. Very clean. Extra everything in the bathrooms. Excellent quality-price ratio. "

"Freddie was so kind, assisting us with the check-in. He was beyond hospitable! I wanted to do a surprise massage package with champagne being in the room for my partner and he was able to help me get it orchestrated without giving away the plan! He even went above and beyond to adjust our dinner reservations at the Italian restaurant downstairs so we could relax, instead of rushing. They were so attentive and hospitable at the restaurant as well. Overall i was very impressed from stepping in, to checking out!. The hotel itself is very clean, posh and well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone"

First stay with Hyatt

"This is my first time stayjng with Hyatt brand, surprisingly it was very good. Hotel and room were very clean, extremely friendly staff, noise level was very satisfactory. I will suggest you add recycle bin next to trash can. Also met maintmance crew in elevator with a half elevator sized cart with paints and electrical parts, this shoild go service elevator away from guests. Overall experience was very good."
