"After calling the hotel, we were picked up by the complementary shuttle at the airport. We were greeted by the receptionist at the hotel with an easy check in. Our room was large and very clean. It came with a refrigerator and microwave. The complementary breakfast was good. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the afternoon. We were here 2 days before our cruise and then returned to stay one more night after our cruise. We have no complaints and would stay here again! "

"The top 3 for Whitehall Houston during my stay. 1) The staff is WONDERFUL!! Very professional, greeted me every time I entered the lobby area and valet station. If I called with a request it was given the attention required at that time, no delay. 2) The appearance in the lobby, loading area, and hotel restaurants had modern finishes that gave hints of upscale and comfort. 3) The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere; very quiet but inviting.
