"Everything was excellent, Except the restaurant service was poor and the food was mediocre to poor. But there are tons of other places to eat right next door. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the location was perfect. "

"I waited a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which is suppose to run every half hour. I finally called the number I had luckily noted. The hotel had no heat and it was an exceptionally cold spell in Florida. The hotel was out of blankets when I arrived. They offered me little to compensate how cold it was!!! On an up note, I was upgraded to a suite which was VERY nice (minus how cold it was). Upon check-in when I was informed of my upgrade and I asked how I got that...
