"Started off very well and continued in that vein. Got a free upgrade to deluxe suite, very much apprciated. Great room, good view of the airport, clean and spacious. Food was very good and reasonably priced, great breakfast as part of the booking, staff very friendly and helpful."

"We had to go to Bangkok before checking in. The airport agent helped us send our luggage from the airport to the hotel with the hotel van. It was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in several hours later. Incredible service! I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who needs to stay near the airport!"
