"True 5 star hotel where the guest experience is the most important aspect of what they do. Good breakfast buffet and they allowed me to check in 2 hrs early."

"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

"3rd stay at this hotel and the experience this time was great. Service provided at check in and the room ready as discussed. The hotel is connect to the mall at 2nd and 3rd level. Pavilion is very big and probably take 2-3 days to cover all. There are also plenty of malls near by"

"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."
