"Obviously very convenient to LAX. The room was clean but the tap water had a bad smell."

"The hotel was great and we so appreciated getting a ride from the ferry building to the hotel and then the next morning getting a ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The only problem I had was I really scraped my leg badly on the van that took us to the Cruise port because the passenger sliding door was broken and we had to get out around the front passenger seat. I should’ve told the driver as it did bleed and I still have a black and blue mark and bump there as well as a big scab left...

"Property is located near a shopping area so it's convenient. Rooms are spacious; bed is comfortable; and there are enough outlets. It doesn't seem like they sanitize the tv remote control regularly."
