"I stayed at Riviera for 35 yrs cause I won my royalflush in Slots a fun Same bartenders and dealers there for 3o yrs I was in circus circus for 8 days and they made sick! no customer service I needed to find another home for my long time stays IT IS STATS NOW..if!! I m by myself a 60 yrs old east European American I HAD A GREAT NYE and night in Remix bar Dancing and great ambiance BUT WHAT DID they do to me is not rigjt I don't smoke they are charging me $400 smoke cleaning fee Even tho they have the daily room report like EKG, they can see there is smoke in the room or vape right when I moved to the stats! I was sick and some people helped carry me I don't know what smoked I didn't smell anything but I was medicated in bed Second day smoke incidence was my last day Again I asked for help to pack and carry and I was sad drunk I block out. I don't #know what people do when I pass out Some smoke or vape when they carried me to my room I DON'T SMOKE Is it fair to take that much of money 400 after I stayed 3 weeks c and I guess wasted my money since they don't treat like a regular I guess I won't be staying there I thought I found my nieche and the hotel for the next 30 yrs I hope the managers sees this and looks at the room EKG lol Thanks "

"We would return if the escalator and the elevator entrances were working for handicapped AccessAbility for the monorail. My daughter had to carry my walker up four flights of stairs while I had to WALK up four flights. We were informed that these were the responsibility of the hotel. "
