"Honestly I booked without doing deep research, was nervous after the fact but went thru with it. We stayed three nights, had no problems checking in our code worked every time, it was very clean and spacious. Clean towels and a little bag of toiletries were included. We felt safe the doors were locked to the lobby unless you had a code. Our room looked just like pictures! Easy commute to the city. Definitely would stay here again. "

"This is a small apartment in New York City. Very clean. Best part is that it is very near the 6 Subway station, which basically can take you to most of the common tourist spots. "

"We definitely recommend and would stay again. I was there for the NYC 2024 marathon and would highly recommend for the reason cost and the closeness to subway and Ferry Station. A few things to also consider, the mini kitchen is helpful to stock leftover and morning of race breakfast. 2 doors down is a CVS for your water/Milk/snack and last minute items. keep in mind you are in NYC so the loud noises, honking, people are just part of the experience. "Able to low the prices by making better deal. It was the hotel I been in my life. I wish I would could stay longer there. Especially couple like me and my boyfriend/husband we are homeless at moment. Once in while we sleep in the park or the beach since we don’t have enough money pay for it. Even thou I’m able to get over get by the morning since I work overnight shift. My boyfriend/ husband doesn’t work at all. Just let us finish paying in the morning. We want to go back to the hotel it was lot...

"I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...
