"Beautiful views of tower bridge at night."

"Great location. Great room and clean. Checkin was slow as there was an issue with the system updating when a room was cleaned. Receptionist was very good and did her best to resolve. Maid also came into the room once we had go in with no knock. Also felt rushed out the room at 9am as again the maid knocked the door asking if we were checking out. Spoke to reception upon checkout and they were very apologetic. "

"We stayed for 5 nights and our family came to join us for Saturday night and I asked if we could be close to their room and they gave us one opposite which was great. Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby. Good location for buses and rooms are nice too"
