From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, with the staff warmly welcoming us and ensuring everything was seamless. The room was impeccable—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering ample space and modern amenities. But the highlight of our stay was the magnificent bed—so plush and comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. After long days of exploring Hanoi, coming back to such a cozy and inviting space truly felt like home. The location near West Lake provided a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle, yet it was still conveniently close to key attractions. The hospitality was top-notch, making our stay all the more memorable. We highly recommend Elegant Suites Westlake to anyone visiting Hanoi. "Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it you have limited clothes during your stay. These will be on my top list, of accomodation, if ever we will be back to Hanoi."
