"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10. "Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines."
