"The parking is convenient and secure. The room was great and spacious. We did receive a special amenity of free parking which helped. Chinatown right next door with great food as is the Train Station and lots of eateries which were a bit too touristy. We didn't plan out our meals well as one was closed after we walked about a mile away. We did see the windmills in Netherlands which is a close drive away. Antwerp is a beautiful city."

"The hotel is located about ten minutes away from Gent Dampoort train station. The facility is modern and squeaky clean. Although the hotel is close to a business park and a busy roundabout, you barely hear any noise from your room. Moreover, the presence of rental bikes helped me given that public transit in Gent is disappointing. For ten Euros a day (plus a fifty Euros safety deposit), I managed to visit all of Gent's major attractions with a rental bike from the hotel thanks to Gent's bike infrastructures."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. Initially on my first night, i was uncomfortable because AC was not working. I reported the issue and it was corrected the next day. The NH app for communication and resolution of issues and request for needs was extremely helpful. Room was cozy,clean, updated. Staff was very helpful. Common areas were nice and relaxing. "

"Our check in was seamless, the staff gave us all the info we needed including a map where she indicated what attractions were where and which we could go into. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and stocked well. Parking - we found a lot about 300m away so parked there and walked to the hotel from it, was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This place was beyond my expectations. The staff was lovely, I had a comfortable quiet sleep in my lovely hotel room as The bed was like a cloud and spacious. The decor just helped with the ambience of the place. Plus having sparkly upon arrival and at breakfast was a lovely treat and the best part was it didn't break my pocket."
