The rooms are nicely decorated. The room sizes are big. I like the items provided in the bathroom. The soaps , lotions and shampoo have a sense of spa smell. I loved everything about the hotel.

Overall cleanliness and service was great. Booked a deluxe king room but was given a free upgrade to an Executive Suite when there were no available rooms remaining when checking in. Only feedback was that room service food was not piping hot, and pricier than some of the other food options around the orchard area. Enjoyed my 3 day staycation

It’s our first time staying at this hotel since it’s renovation but it was somewhat disappointing.Rooms and hallways still look tired and furniture heavily used and dated.Main complaint would be the shower.The water temperature is impossible to adjust.It’s either too cold or scalding hot! I gave up after 10 minutes of fumbling with the temperature control faucet.Given that the hotel is owned by the same owners who own some of the top hotels in the world,I certainly expected better.

Location was convenient with many malls nearby. Room was spacious and I appreciate that the bathroom has a bidet. Mattress was to my liking; medium firmness. Do take note that bath robes are not provided. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Royal Plaza. Great location, bed extremely comfortable, and a fantastic breakfast buffet(s). A little pricey, but convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay at the Royal Plaza again!
