Its on Orchard Road is the only best option of the hotel's excellent location, apart from that hotel is old, utilities are not in good condition, bathroom door is not properly working, water dispenser not working.. working girls around the area use hotel toilet in reception area & v.dirty usage. At least the beds are clean & l give credit to housekeeping for that.

My overall stay was okay since its part of a stay for a wedding. Registration was bit of a hiccup since I had another reservations that was booked for me and I would like to put it together. Plus the person that made the reservation was not there. It takes around more than 15 mins to register.

The property is nothing fancy. The room was ordinary. Only gave us 2 creamers and 2 tea bags in the room which is not enough for people like us who want hot drinks in the afternoon, evening and breakfast time. There is no nice lounge to relax in. No breakfast is provided.
