"The property was beautifully designed, comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious. The only downside was the courtyard was very brightly lit at night and the curtains were very thin white fabric which meant the room was not dark at nighttime and prevented me from a good nights sleep. The taxi was unable to get to the property due to the narrow streets so you need to carry your bags a short distance which is not a problem. "2 stars hotel at best , charging 5 stars prices. Old and poorly appointed rooms , noisy , mediocre breakfast. No need to spend the night in Bakhtapur. Can be easily visited as a half day from Kathmandu. "

"Staying at Pradhan House is like being at home. The rooms are spacious, and immaculately clean, The location is just off Dattatraya Square, so within walking distance of all the sites. The family are so welcoming and the breakfast is amazing - filling you up for the day sightseeing. Definitely a great base and highly recommended "

But all other aspects of our stay (from welcome drinks, to the beautiful rooms, genuine hospitality, excellent food, and perfect central location) were equally exemplary. "I request the company to remove this hotel from its list of hotels immediately. The address on Google maps is not accurate. The phone number is incorrect. It is impossible to get through. No one meets you from the airport, although the website says “free transfer”. Breakfast is just one fried egg. The sheets are dark with dirt. The hoods from the toilet open into the dining room. "
