"The employees are very nice and attentive. The property is new and clean. Occasionally you get asked what is your room number multiple times during a meal. I think one time should be enough. One thing I didnt like: constant cleaning during service at the restaurant. It just doesn't feel right to be eating and someone to be constantly mopping and cleaning around you. Please, clean before and after service hours or if there is spill. Thank you. "

"Bujan picked me up at the airport as pre-arranged and transferred me to the hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable journey and Bujan was friendly and hospitable. He proved equally friendly at the hotel checkin and efficiently got me set up in a well appointed spacious room with a nice view of the pool and garden for my short stay. "We had a lovely stay and week at Baber Mahal! It was our sanctuary in the middle of Kathmandu which is a very high pace city. Staff was lovely and the restaurants on sight were outstanding too Can highly recommend"

"Tastefully designed and furnished. An oasis just far away from the hustle of the city ( you can still hear the horns but softly). The walk to and from the hotel is a mini hike it is located on a hill and if your room is on the upper floors, add another mini hike as there is no elevator. And the view is fabulous - especially as the sun goes down. The dining is 5star and so are the prices. All in all a great place to stay ( if you are fit)"

"I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites."

"The hotel is located in a great spot, nestled on the mountainside and within the heart of the forest. It’s relatively new and has all the necessary facilities. A noteworthy aspect is the very polite and kind staff who take great care of the hotel guests and strive to provide the best service. The food is good, though a bit spicy, but overall the flavors are nice. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with staying here for a week."
