"Was a little worried from the outside but on stepping in to the hotel our worries were gone. A lovely welcome and good services when we asked about taxis etc. Totally let down during the night when our sleep was completely disturbed by very noisey and rude room next door. We phoned down to reception for a period of 2hrs and not once was the phone answered. A huge worry for someone who was in serious danger! "I was called by the reception who told me that he was leaving and thus there would be no reception /yet the hotel says it's open to 11. This tainted my view /it's a house on the street and while the rooms are clean the garden my view was a meas/ it's a budget option for Wembley /another annoying thing was in the morning could not find any where open other than mcd /overall it's OK clean rooms but no facility as such "

"This hotel was very comfortable. I stayed whilst commuting to work and it is just a short walk to the tube station. What stood out was the high quality amenities and bathroom suite. The hotel had a luxury feel and I felt comfortable and peaceful in the room. Overall a pleasant stay and will be sure to make this my regular stay for work trips in London or even as a couples trip. "Travelled as a family, was met on arrival to hotel, staff very friendly, gave the kids free lollipops& showed us to our room. Room was clean and comfy, just what we needed, shared bathrooms but didnt bother us as we didnt bump into anyone. Microwave, kettle& some cutlery in the room. Basic but for the price really good especially as its close to tube station. Area is a bit rough, rubbish etc everywhere but hotel itself was clean& tidy. "

"it was close too 3 subway stations, it is in walking distance of london designer outlet, you can walk to TK Max as well as Primark plus there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel has a very good bar the food was good as well as the cocktails."

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
