"Very convenient airport shuttle and in a very peaceful and quiet location besides the occasional airplane. Staff was very helpful and the restaurants and cafes were great. The room was very clean and spacious, overall great. "

"We absolutely loved our stay!! The room was beautiful, the onsens are incredible, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the service was fantastic! We stayed 2 nights, which I highly recommend to experience the hotel and Hakone properly. The only thing we didn’t love was the Kaiseki dinner - the food quality didn’t seem to be quite up to standard compared to everything else we ate at the hotel and seafood was already on the table when we arrived (it was even sitting out already for the next seating in 2 hours), which was a little off putting. "
