"This hotel is a new addition to a chain and the model is efficient, the staff are friendly and the guests enjoying a healthy breakfast around us appeared well satisfied with the buffet. "R&B Hotel was clean and with good service. The room was small as expected of this type of hotel, but everyting was spotless and all facilities worked well. It was very quiet during my stay. The Hotel is very convenient for Shin Yokohama station, if you leave from Exit 10 you will be at the hotel in a couple of minutes. The Hotel is also very close to the Ramen Museum, which is worth a visit as the basement is full of working restaurants created in a 1950's style. It is like being on a film set....

"It’s our favorite place to stay with family. Our parents are elderly and their room has wheelchair access to bathroom. There are wonderful restaurants in the building and the train station is right outside the entrance. The staff is amazing - they are so helpful and kind. "

"Highly recommended for travelers to stay in Yokohama as there is a shuttle bus from Haneda to the door of hotel. The view from the room is magnificent. Walkable to all the attractions. Mall is behind the hotel with plentiful restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back."

"Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Love that FamilyMart was connected from within so it made going to the conbini very convenient. Area surrounding the hotel was also very nice. Such a lively area with multiple things to do and places to eat. Also very close to the train station and JR lines. Only about 30min out from Tokyo by one train. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends!"
