Front desk clerks should advice customers to line up for service. I waited more than 15 minutes because three groups of people went in front of me. Assertive and loud seem to get your attention, not polite and orderly customers.

I would rate my stay at CYBO to be 10/10. The cleaning staff, front desk and everyone were very friendly. The location of the hotel is walking distance to dongmen pedestrian street. The room was very smartly designed and even though it wasnt the largest space, it was very comfortable for 2 pax. The fscilities wrre very new, the beds alwere clean and confortable, and every device and layput was very smartly designed. I will definitelt book here again when I return to Shenzhen - there is no better value for your money than this hotel if you are staying in Luohu.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay
Hotel is clean! Room is equipped with a voice prompt for everything, e.g. opening and closing of the curtains, turning on and off air-conditioning, TV and lights. Hotel is a 3-5 minute walk from the Hubei (Line 2) subway station. All in all, a great stay at a very reasonable price!
