"The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room. Pillows are too thick for comfortable sleep. Dining was mediocre at best. Breakfast offers good coffee and yogurt but little else that's appetizing. Dinner was just okay."

"We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. "The hotel is located near a Department store SOGO and also adjacent to many restaurants. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel but it is clean with very helpful staff. I left my eye drops in the hotel when I left. I called from a different city requesting that they send the eye drops to me. They promptly sent it to me. Very efficient service"

"Very clean good-sized room. There is a fairly specious lounge area with a large communal table where you can eat your own food or get some work done, with no TV. There is a computer that you can use to watch some YouTube. They outsource their laundry service, so no laudry facilities at the premises. Lots of eateries at the doorstep. "Large comfortable room, including large bathroom with separated toilet. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The one shortcoming (shared with all other hotels in Taiwan where I’ve stayed) is not enough towel hangers. It’s as if the hotels expect you to use a towel once and then drop it on the floor, to be replaced by housekeeping the next day."

"Location is close to the mrt station. Staff is friendly, and the property is well maintained. The hotel also offers free coffee machine in the lobby area. Only gripe about the property is the room is a bit small for two small beds. The laundry room offers 3 washing machines. Overall, a great place to stay."
