"The Green Hotel was lovely! We had a little trouble finding it initially, but it was well worth it. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow wine glasses! The breakfast was tasty and the room was comfortable. Having acvess to free laundry was another bonus."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Eateries nearby where we can have nice food, only bad thing is that night market is not walkable distance. We stayed there for 2 nights, and had a few incidents during the stay. I would like to thank the curly hair boy for his excellent service and helpfulness!! Had forgotten to get his name.. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel."

"The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room. Pillows are too thick for comfortable sleep. Dining was mediocre at best. Breakfast offers good coffee and yogurt but little else that's appetizing. Dinner was just okay."

"The hotel is located near a Department store SOGO and also adjacent to many restaurants. It is not a luxury 5 star hotel but it is clean with very helpful staff. I left my eye drops in the hotel when I left. I called from a different city requesting that they send the eye drops to me. They promptly sent it to me. Very efficient service"

"Really good stay here, 2 trips. Amazing nights sleep, very comfortable and quiet, which is difficult to find in Taiwan at a reasonable price. Powerful hot shower, clean bathroom. Power sockets next to the bed, which sometimes not provided in Taiwan. Staff are excellent, one young man with glasses during the day was particularly helpful. "We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. "Large comfortable room, including large bathroom with separated toilet. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The one shortcoming (shared with all other hotels in Taiwan where I’ve stayed) is not enough towel hangers. It’s as if the hotels expect you to use a towel once and then drop it on the floor, to be replaced by housekeeping the next day."
