"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

There should be more signage from the parking lot to show where the reception is. There is no 24hr desk. Staff was very kind and polite. Free breakfast was well done. The area around it is a bit dead, but that was alright since we drove in anyways. "

I also liked that they had snack and ramen options for purchase in the lobby. The view from my room was beautiful and the pool, fun! "
