"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "Garage was lack of lighting and construction trash was in entrance that hesitate to enter the garage."

"Room and hotel is great if you want a quiet trip, but if you have a car you can go anywhere. I only have 4/5 because the bathroom needs a shower screen/curtain and water gets everywhere when you have a shower. But apart from that it was perfect. Staff are very nice and friendly and would come back again "
