"I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?) Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning. "Room is clean and tidy. Foods around the hotel are expensive. There a G25 (minimart) that you can buy not so expensive stuff. There are many interesting places to visit in this area but you need a car to go to this places. And there a place inside Theme Park that you can rent Hanbok and get a 20% discount if you staying in Shinhwa hotel."

"The hotel was nice, clean and close enough to shopping and restaurants - some on foot, otherwise by a quick taxi ride. What stood out more than anything was the excellent staff! Especially 보미 and 연아! They took so much time to explain sites and options around the area and give recommendations for food and activities. And they were friendly and interested in our adventures as well. They made the hotel special. Of course the view sitting in the tub looking out onto the ocean was pretty amazing...

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "
