We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We cannot fault this hotel and would absolutely book again! "

"The building is very old and smells bad. The room was a smoking room before they made it non-smoking. It smelled. The bathroom was old but clean. The window was sanded glass so it was not possible to check the weather from the room, one had to go outside to check it. The lack of coin laundry is definitely a negative. The stuff is very friend and helpful!"

"The toilet was somewhat small, and there was a step at the entrance that caused me to trip a few times. The breakfast was nutritious and offered a variety of options, though the selection remained largely the same with only minor daily changes. Overall, the service and hospitality were excellent."
