I think you staff at lobby should keep smile . When I checked out and I asked the staff if she could help me to send the letter and I was told that hotel is not post office and I need to ask the location of the post stand instead. No passion at her job .

置いてあるタオルがバスとフェイスの2枚だけなので、ハンドタオルも欲しい。居室の匂いが気になる。もう少しいい匂い？になるように、リネン類など気を使うといいかも。アメニティーバーで取れるフェイシャルマスクは、質が悪すぎる。開けてがっかりするようなものは、置かないほうが良いと思います。
