"Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens. "I'm a little confused by some of the reviews for this place. I saw a lot of people boasting about how nice the staff were. But when I got there all I got were annoyed looks. Pretty sure staff members only said 10 words to me. That said if you don't mind getting "Why are you here" and "Leave" looks. And just want to be left alone. This place is okay. Though another complaint is staff members love to stomp. 11pm at I heard staff stomping their way up/down stairs. "
